Remarks
* If the case is belonged to Form 11 "Certificate of Order Authorizing Burial / Cremation of Body" category, the "Death Certificate" can be applied after the notification from the Death Registry.
* Additional charge of $2,000 for using Luxury Mercedes Benz Hearse.
* It is a must that the above package is only for the deceased who use green burial service.
* "Green Burial" is designated to ashes scattering in garden / at sea or ashes transform into MEMENTO ashes gemstones.
^ Cremated Ashes Gem model "E18" is included. There will be a price difference if change to other ashes gemstone collection.
