Remarks

* If the case is belonged to Form 11 "Certificate of Order Authorizing Burial / Cremation of Body" category, the "Death Certificate" can be applied after the notification from the Death Registry.

* There will be an additional rental charge for a higher rank of ceremony hall. Over particular time for departure is subject to additional charge.

* Free 20 inches colour photo with frame is provided for higher rank hall.

  • There will be surcharge for requesting additional number of Taoist.

  • Wreaths arrangement service is provided. Clothing underneath mourning garments is not included.
